Product Overview

The Spyderco Lil’ Native is a compact folder that distills many of the qualities of Spyderco’s larger Native model into a smaller, more pocket-friendly form.  It’s designed to be very practical for everyday carry (EDC), with good ergonomics, a strong lock, and premium materials.

1. Blade
   • The standard Lil’ Native often comes with a CPM S30V stainless steel blade.  
   • There are variants with different steels: for example, CPM SPY27 for toughness and corrosion resistance.  
   • Blade grind: full-flat ground, which aids slicing performance.  
   • Blade length: around 2.42 in (61 mm) in many versions.  
   • Edge types: PlainEdge or SpyderEdge (fully serrated) available on some models.

5. Locking Mechanism
   • Most Lil’ Native models use Spyderco’s Compression Lock, which is strong, relatively easy to operate, and compact.  
   • There are also “Mid Back Lock” Lil’ Native variants in some special runs.  
7. Pocket Clip
   • Deep-pocket wire clip allows for tip-up carry.  
   • Reversible: you can configure it for left or right side.  
9. Opening Mechanism
   • Trademark Round Hole™: standard Spyderco opening hole allows for one-handed opening with either hand.

    • Satin (tumbled) finish on standard blades.  
    • DLC coated versions (for a stealthy black look) available.
